Nyetech focuses on the strategic technical aspects of e-business and small business systems and networks.

To create a technical strategy, we must first learn about your business and will ask questions such as:

1. How you perform tasks
2. How you compete with your competitors
3. How you position yourselves in the marketplace

Based on our findings, we develop a strategic direction for the client which reflects company culture, product/service branding, and company positioning, etc. -- the information that we gained during the strategy phase.

Standards:

A strategy is not always complete without technical AND business related standards (or recommendations) which relate to the strategy. These standards are the blueprint for moving foward.
